POLICY

• Pay 100% of the room rate at the time of booking. Deposit is NOT accepted for room reservation.
• Facilities deposit 1,000,000 VND for:

                             + Group of 4 persons or more.

                             + Guest bring pets

• 100% refund of the facility deposit if there are no problems during the stay. In case of loss/damage of property or belongings due to subjectivity, you will have to compensate 100% of the value according to the EQUIPMENT PRICE LIST available in the apartment.
• Free of charge for maximum 2 children under 6 years old/ room.
• Additional charge of 300,000VND cleaning service fee for groups of 4 or more customers.
• Early check-in/ late check-out service fee: 99,000 VND/ hour. Valid only with advance notice at time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in/standard check-out time.

• 100% refund if the customer cancels the reservation 5 days before the expected check-in time of the day of stay.
  The amount paid will not be refunded if the customer cancels the reservation within 5 days of the expected check-in time of the day of stay.
  Fee for changing the check-in date: 300,000 VND. 
  Please pay the difference if you change to a higher rate room. Homestay CHẤT does not refund the lower difference.
